On an extremely busy day, Cristina was the pillar of strength and support for each member of the team, making sure everyone got the help they needed and got their breaks on time. She was calm and a patient commented that she was very proficient and compassionate while caring for her. Cristina was a God sent that day. I would highly recommend her for the DAISY Award because no matter what, her patients always comes first. And that is what nursing is all about.
