Cristine is a saint. She coordinated a 6-way call to discuss my mother's end of life care. Cristine was clear and compassionate. When it was time for us to video with our mother she rubbed my mother's shoulders. I can't explain how hard it is to say goodbye to someone over a screen, she made it ok. I could see my mom was being loved. She patiently connected all my siblings over the device so that we could all be there virtually together. She held the camera on my mom who is dying from COVID-19 for an hour at least. All the while, wearing PPE. She gave us the greatest gift we could have under these circumstances. I want her to know how important she is and how grateful we are.
