Ms. Cristy Castro provided exemplary care and support during my stay. I was admitted to the ER after suffering from head trauma and a twisted ankle from a fall while strolling in the park. As a tourist with no immediate family around, I was feeling emotionally down and mentally exhausted. From the moment I was admitted, Ms. Cristy’s compassion and dedication stood out. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Her kindness and attention to detail were beyond what I expected from a healthcare professional.

She not only assisted me with my medical needs but also provided emotional support, offering a comforting presence when I was feeling lost and alone.
