My mother came in by ambulance with sepsis. Cristy went above and beyond to care for my mother. Her bedside manner was extraordinary. She saw how upset my brother and I were and she made us feel at ease.
Long after we were brought up to ICU she came upstairs to check on my mother and to make sure we were updated on her condition. Empathy and compassion are something that she has in abundance.
I had to thank her personally and hug her. She is an amazing asset to Merit and I hope she stays here. I will always remember her kindness and compassion as long as I live. Thank you again Cristy, you are amazing. God bless you.
