Cruz was our mom's nurse in previous and currently our Dad's. When our mom had a stroke, she had some difficulty speaking afterward. However, Cruz always listened to her with great patience, never dismissing her concerns or questions. After carefully listening to her he always responded to her in such a caring and clear manner, making sure she could understand. He always kept us up to date on everything and most importantly never left our mom out of the conversations.
Cruz is currently caring for our dad and the same thing. He treats my dad with such dignity and respect, always telling my dad when he is going to approach him so that my dad is aware. He is keeping us informed, always listens and answers our questions. He also sees that my mom is so concerned about our dad, and he talks to her in such a delicate manner, with such compassion. Thank you so much, Cruz, for making these very stressful times a little easier.
