I've been trying to get resolution with getting an appointment with a 3rd party provider for my severely injured neck and back for over 9 months. This professional nurse, Crystal Alexander, took it upon herself to call around and find the correct POC and got me an appointment the very next day for a local chiropractor.

She constantly asked if I am comfortable, or do I need anything? She is a special person with lots of compassion for her Vets. Crystal makes my doctor visits almost enjoyable.
