The patient experienced a traumatic pregnancy due to chronic placental abruption, requiring frequent visits to the Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic. Among all the nurses encountered, Crystal B. stood out for her genuine concern, thorough symptom inquiries, and clear patient education. When the user, nine months pregnant and working as an ICU nurse, experienced dizziness and sought help, Crystal responded with immediate compassion and attentiveness. She stayed by the user’s side, conducted necessary tests, and explained the care plan in detail with empathy and professionalism. The user felt deeply supported and couldn’t imagine having any other nurse during that critical moment.
