I found the DukeWell program information online. Crystal was so informative, kind, and helpful. She enlisted the pharmacy department to help me discover financial help with my prescriptions. She shared financial help for Duke's clinics if I needed help. More importantly, she helped me understand some of the dynamics and information about diabetes in general and, specifically, my numbers. She encouraged me to contact my provider's office when I thought it was not necessary. My provider was happy I contacted her and saw me the next day. I think Crystal was an excellent representative for the DukeWell program.
