My wife was induced into labor and we were fortunate enough to have Crystal as our RN.
During the entire process, Crystal was beyond comforting as we prepared for one of the biggest moments of our lives. During this time Crystal taught us so much about how to care for our child. Whether it be how to properly change a diaper (a big deal for a first-time dad), how to bathe our child, or the experiences that we would be having with our little one, my wife and I now feel more prepared because of Crystal.
If Crystal was fantastic about the care of our daughter during and after birth, she was equally as genuine and fantastic for my wife's care. After the birth of our child, Crystal was attentive to my wife in ways that only a parent would care for a child.
The entire process of labor and delivery at the Family Birth Center was memorable. It was memorable because of the birth of our first child. But beyond the birth of our daughter, the experience was memorable because of Crystal and the care that she gave our family.
We understood that the RNs at the Family Birth Center would help us through the process, yet we found that Crystal treated us like a member of her own family. We truly hope that our gratitude can be shared, and Crystal can be recognized for her efforts because she truly made our experience one that we will remember for a lifetime.
