My mother has been in the hospital for a long time. Today I came in her room and immediately noticed a difference. The room even almost seemed brighter. It was clean and organized and my mother looked comfortable and even had her head propped up. Crystal came in and was very informative. She answered all my questions and concerns. She needed to change my mom's gown and we found that she had just wet herself. Crystal was very gentle and treated my mom with respect as she was changing and cleaning her. I also brought up my concern about my mother's dental hygiene, she immediately went and got the supplies to clean my mom's teeth and remove her denture. I wish every nurse was like Crystal. I even told her I wish she could be our nurse the whole time my mother was here.
