Crystal is so much more than a nurse. She has an amazing personality. She makes me feel like I am the only patient she has. She never rushes me. She does not just take my blood pressure and say 'okay what do you want?' It is almost too hard to describe in words. She makes me smile. She goes out of her way so that I do not have to live in fear. I have some medical issues and because of her, I live a full life! She is no basic nurse. She teaches me and even takes the time to find handouts to give me. She cares for me, like if I am family. She gives me advice and resources that help with my pain. She jokes with me, she even knows how to keep up with me. Sometimes I am all over the place. She even knows how to handle and understand me. She is one of a kind. She is no act. She is the real deal. In fact, she is deeper than a nurse.
