One staff member wrote: Crystal is such a good asset to our department. She wears many hats: charge nurse, desk help, staff nurse, and computer wizard. (She is always happy to help the surgeons with IT stuff). She wears her heart on her sleeve. She is compassionate but always professional. She picks up extra shifts and keeps on giving all while her father was diagnosed with cancer…again. I love love love working with her.

She provides excellent care to her patients making sure all questions are answered. She is an awesome charge nurse and always leads her teammates, keeping the area under control even when it’s busy! She is always putting her patients’ needs first and would be someone I would want taking care of me or my family.

Crystal also collaborates well with the juvenile staff to ensure the medical needs of the youth are met.
