Crystal is always working to help improve the lives of our patients, such as recommending ideas to make the bathing experience more enjoyable for the patients. She recommended heat lamps and towel warmers. Crystal gives her staff detailed directions at shift report on better ways to help our patients such as, how to monitor the patients better to keep them safe. Many of the patients on SJU have dementia and Crystal always interacts with them in a calm and patient manner that reassures them their needs will be met. Crystal is working to improve her level of education which gives her the knowledge and skills to better serve our patients.
