Crystal is an exceptionally great nurse! My first experience with Crystal was back in September 2014 and she was the best nurse I had then. To return again to Mercy General, in 2016, after surgery and to be met with Crystal put me at total ease when I was feeling stressed about my recovery process. She is so compassionate, has an excellent positive attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met, with a positive attitude. She knows exactly what she's doing. I felt so comfortable to be under her care. She has definitely helped in my healing process. Love, love, love her!!
