Crystal was amazing. I have high expectations and am not easy to please. She went above and beyond with every detail; brought me medication, drinks, whatever I needed before I even knew I needed it. I never had to use my call light. She checked in on me in purposeful fashion and quite frankly was the best nurse I have ever had. All the nurses were nice and accommodating but the amount of attention that Crystal gave was beyond anything I expected.
