Crystal Findlay, RN

I would like to nominate Crystal for the DAISY Award for the exceptional care she provided to me during my hospital stay. She consistently demonstrated St. Luke's culture of FACES by being compassionate, attentive, and always available to both my wife and me. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism created a sense of trust and safety during a very difficult time. Crystal went beyond routine care by treating me with dignity and genuine compassion, taking the time to explain my care and reassure me. Her presence and encouragement made a meaningful difference in my recovery and comfort. Through her actions, she exemplified extraordinary nursing practice and truly reflected the heart of nursing at St. Luke's Hospital. We will always remember her not just as a nurse, but as someone who treated us like family with respect, bringing comfort, hope, and humanity when I needed it most. A beautiful soul, with a heart of gold, demonstrating knowledge, professionalism, dedication, and, more than anything else, love and passion for her job!
