Crystal is truly the kind of nurse I aspire to be. What I admire most about Crystal is her passion for nursing. Just talking with her affirms that she cares about her job, her patients, and her coworkers. She is never afraid to speak up if something is not right and is always challenging her peers to be their best. Crystal is always offering to help and support us in any way she can.
Crystal has a calm presence that is truly inspiring. Any time I see Crystal interacting with patients, I am again reminded of the nurse I know I want to be. She always has a smile on her face and she is always calm, reassuring, and empathetic.
