My mother's blood pressure was elevated (post dialysis) so she came to the ER. She was promptly seen and Crystal was extremely compassionate. She was thorough, funny, friendly, and conducted herself very professionally. We felt like family. To further elaborate on her professionalism, she was also seen at about 6:10 pm, during shift change, where she carefully and matter of factly explained pertinent details to her coworker.
