Crystal Gaines, RN

This is my first time as a patient at this facility. It will now be my first choice whenever I'm sick, because of staff like Crystal. She has been my nurse for several nights. She is very caring and special and takes her patient's care seriously. If you are feeling down she lifts your mood up. I am a 70-year-old male who worked in health care for 52 years. My last 27 years were spent in management. What I would give to have a facility full of Crystals. OK, I forgot to say my career started right here in Respiratory Therapy. Boy, has it changed! Any issues I had, Crystal solved right away. She catered to my comfort. She totally understands healthcare to the max. I have watched her travel up and down these halls tending to the patients' needs. If a staff member had issues, she had time to listen and encourage the staff member and works to resolve the issue. Again, way to go, Crystal! You Continue to Shine!
