This is a story about a nurse who illustrated an overall care and concern for the patient. I met Crystal the first day I was here and was assigned to a room in 4 North. Crystal introduced herself and asked about any special needs I might have. Her attention to every detail was so good and everything went well. She is truly a caring person that does her job exceptionally well and with an attitude of caring and concern. I hope that should I ever need to come back to UMC that I have the good fortune of having Crystal Glaze as my nurse. Thank you.
