Crystal made my stay unforgettable during a time when I was feeling especially down. Crystal went above and beyond her nursing duties to lift my spirits and truly care for me as a whole person, not just as a patient. What meant the most to me was how she brought a team of nurses to visit md and help cheer me up. They all took the time to share stories, laugh with me, and bring a sense of warmth and comfort to my room. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it made a huge difference. That moment reminded me that I was not just alone and that they genuinely cared about me. Crytal's compassion, creativity, and leadership turned an ordinary day into one filled with hope and compassion. I will never forget her kindness and the way she brought me joy when I needed it most.
