Crystal has been so concerned about my dad's comfort and well-being. It shows she truly cares. She was able to get to know him and what a sweet man he is before the end of life comfort stage. I have had several heart-to-heart conversations and she has helped me immensely not to mention all that she has done for my Dad.

Crystal made me feel so comfortable and at ease with all my problems, questions, helped me understand better, and never was in a hurry or too busy to help. I felt completely safe with Crystal's care. Always friendly and smiling! And she would stop and check on me to see if I needed anything and was OK as busy as she was. I will miss her!
