Crystal is one of the absolute best nurses I know. She also has the strongest work ethic I have ever seen. She would come into work even if she needed emergent surgery. She does the work of two people, somehow getting all her work done while helping out every other staff member on the floor. She is often running past you to get call lights and is in your patient's room helping them before you even know they need help. She is extremely compassionate and caring, and I feel so lucky to get to work with her.
