I first met Crystal when I came in for blood pressure check. She was very informative. I just felt a real connection with her. When I came to be induced I got Crystal as my nurse and I was so happy to have her again the next day. She made my experience excellent. She is very caring, nurturing, she was very sensitive, very comforting, honest, and listened. With COVID and not having visitors allowed, I felt I needed my mom with me, but I can honestly say Crystal filled that void for me and just made me and dad feel like we were family. I was really nervous about having a C-section. Crystal just comforted me and assured me everything was going to be ok and the doctors have everything. All I can say is Crystal was sent to me and to be there for me. I truly believe in faith and she was there. Thank you so much, Crystal! You’re the Best!
