My husband started receiving Genesis VNA. Crystal would be his primary nurse. On the very first visit, my husband was very weak and not doing well; she was very respectful and kind to him. The care and compassion she always showed him was natural. As time went on, he looked forward to seeing her. She was honest with him about his progress and how he had improved from the first day they met. Crystal is a wonderful example of what a nurse should be - professional, kind, funny, personable, and very caring. We felt very blessed to have Crystal as his nurse.
