Crystal Jordan, RN

Crystal Jordan has brought positive change to our hospital since she joined Tulsa Spine in 2021. She has made changes to drive efficiencies and positioned us to handle growth successfully. She is ALL IN to support her departments – regardless of day or time. She is calm in the storm, promotes a culture of teamwork, solves problems, and works well with everyone.

Crystal continuously receives numerous patient comments complimenting her. She was nominated for the DAISY Leader Award by the staff.

Here is her nomination: Crystal goes the extra mile for patients and staff, stays and helps whenever needed, and always does it with a smile. She is attentive and shows empathy to the patient’s pain. She is always there to lend a helping hand. Crystal provides any means of comfort, even if it is holding a patient’s hand. There aren’t enough good things to say about her. She has been a light to this hospital and such a positive force.
