I attended the clinic during a very busy time and was quite disturbed by the long wait. Although I expressed my concerns to the nursing staff, I understood that they were managing a heavy workload. By the time my turn came, I was feeling quite upset. However, when Nurse Crystal called me for the blood test, another patient stood up and raised his voice at her, she remained calm throughout the situation. I was truly impressed by her attitude and professionalism. Crystal treated me with great care and attention, as though there were no other patients waiting. She listened patiently to all my concerns, responded politely, and even apologized for the delay, despite it not being her fault. I sincerely appreciate Crystal's pleasant attitude, kindness, and compassionate approach toward patients. She truly made my day
