So appreciative of Crystal taking the time to sit and talk. She was not in a hurry and listened. When she was passing by my room she always asked if I needed anything. I felt as though I was her only patient even though I could see her running back and forth. I watched her walk with a patient who wasn't having an easy time. She remained so patient and when Crystal and the patient walked by, she asked me again if I needed anything. Crystal is an angel! I felt so loved like I was her family.
