I just want to share the amazing experience my son and I had with Crystal. My son was hospitalized because of an infection going on but it was very scary not to know what infection or virus he had. As a mom, I was really stressed to see my son sick but knowing that someone was caring for my son was making me feel better. Crystal took care of my son with patience in a very loving way. She would check on him carefully not to make him cry. When my son was sleeping, she would sneak into the room not to wake him up but to make sure he was okay. She would ask me if I needed anything or what else she could do for us. When it came to removing my son's IV line she was very gentle not hurting him but also playing with him by making noises to distract him. She is amazing.

I usually don't review anyone because English is my second language so my writing is not perfect but I really hope she gets an award for being so caring with such a great heart. She must really like her job to be doing it with so much love. We definitely need more nurses like her. I can't thank her enough for everything she did for us while we were going through a tough time, my son being sick and I as his mom stressed and tired but definitely, she made our day way better.

That day before going home she came and said she was leaving and made sure we didn't need anything else. The next day she wasn't our nurse but she make sure my son was better. I have no words to describe how I feel as a mom. Thank you, Crystal, keep up such amazing work and keep giving your love and care to others, you are making a big difference in people's lives.
