Crystal's leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the Cardiology Department are nothing short of extraordinary, especially during a very difficult time that tested the strength of the entire Cardiology team: the death of their cherished colleague.

Throughout this challenge, Crystal emerged as a guiding force, ensuring the staff received the direction and the emotional reassurance that they needed while grieving, but also focused on maintaining the high standard of care that the patients deserved. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, helping to coordinate coverage for patient exams, while offering support to her colleagues and promoting unity.

She maintains an environment where all of her staff feel valued and supported. Crystal helped to ease the burden on everyone, while allowing them to navigate their grief.
