I truly love all the nurses at the Cancer Care Center, they are amazing people, but Crystal is the best by far. She is kind, gentle and sincerely cares about her patients. In addition, she is damn good at her job! She always treated me with respect and was always professional while still taking the time to make me feel special and cared for. She took the time to get to know my situation and me. She answered my questions, even the silly ones and never made me feel bad or uneducated for asking them. She got me in and out faster than anyone else did but I never felt neglected or like she was rushing to do her job. She encouraged me on the bad days and laughed with me on the good. I cannot think of one bad thing to say about her. I finished chemo 6 months ago and she still embraces me and makes me feel loved when I see her. She respects boundaries and always asks if she can hug me, even after 6 months of me saying yes. She is truly an incredible asset for your team. Beautiful inside and out. Always kind, always respectful and always compassionate. It has been an honor to have her care for me during such a horrible time in my life.
