Crystal Midwood went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She checked to see what could be done about the pain I experienced from the spinal and explained everything I needed to know in detail. I had been admitted to the hospital for a few days and she did everything she could to help me get some much needed rest.
When my son was diagnosed with having a heart murmur and my husband and I were informed he would have to stay an additional night, this was very overwhelming for me. I hadn’t expected that. She comforted me and helped me understand what the heart murmur could be and why it was important for him to be evaluated. This lady also contacted the doctor to get me more information so that she could explain to me in a way that I could understand. Crystal made it possible for my husband and I to spend the night with our newborn so that we could have bonding time and I could make it to my appointment on time.
