From the moment Ms. Crystal walked into my room she made me feel loved and cared for. At one point, my blood pressure dropped significantly. Ms. Crystal double-checked it and immediately went into action. She ran back and forth from my room to call the doctor and get what she needed to level it out. She didn’t leave my side until she knew it had come back up to a reasonable number. She made me feel safe and secure in a very uncertain moment. She was kind to my family, especially my daughter, which I appreciated since I have a one-year-old who doesn’t make any job easy. Ms. Crystal felt like a part of our family when she was in the room with us and when she saw one of us in the hallway or downstairs. She never once made me or any of my family feel like burdens, even when I knew she was very busy. She made sure my tests were done and sent off ASAP and communicated to me what was going on every chance she got. It seemed like she truly wanted to help me get better, not that I was just a box she needed to check on her to-do list. Ms. Crystal was truly a bright spot in a pretty dark few days for me. I can’t thank her enough for all she did. She deserves all the recognition in the world!
