Crystal is very knowledgeable about everything here in the NICU and makes sure she holds herself to the highest standards and what is morally right. She is always kind and willing to help! She is the true definition of JPS's mission, vision, and values!

Crystal treats everyone with respect and dignity. She is an asset here at JPS because she advocates for her patients and educates their family members.

Crystal always ensures safety is the number one priority here in the NICU. If she ever has a concern, she will speak up and advocate for her patients. She goes above and beyond.

Crystal treats everyone she encounters with respect, shares her knowledge, and educates everyone around her because this is a job she is compassionate about. She goes above and beyond, even if that means picking up extra shifts to help her coworkers and make sure patients get the care they deserve.

Every shift Crystal works, she treats her patients with care and compassion. She even goes beyond just the patient to include family with education, empathy, and provide support. She always ensures her patients receive the highest level of care. I have witnessed Crystal, on numerous occasions, jumping in to help patients and other nurses, even when the patient was not her own. It is hard to narrow her situations to just only one because she has had so many times she has been the MVP of the NICU. She has cried with parents and laughed with parents here in the NICU and had her fair amount of Codes she has helped and worked.
