Crystal Powell, RN
After being admitted through the emergency room, I was diagnosed with a saddle blood clot and told I would need a procedure. As soon as I arrived in my hospital room, my nurse Crystal immediately stepped in and made an incredible difference in my care.
She gave me a warm bath to help prepare me for surgery, which not only provided physical comfort but also helped ease my anxiety in such a frightening moment. Crystal showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine care throughout my entire stay. She made me feel safe, comforted, and well cared for before and after surgery.
Her attentiveness and kindness turned a very overwhelming experience into one where I felt supported and reassured every step of the way. I will always be grateful for her exceptional care and the comfort she provided during one of the most difficult times of my life.
