Crystal has been very caring to me during countless times I have talked to her on the phone about my condition. She has explained things to mewell and never made me feel like a bother when I had concerns. In addition, she was very patient and understanding when she showed me how to administer an injection. Her caring attitude andcompassion made dealing with my condition not as bad as it could be. It was great to finally put a face with a name who has assisted me many times.
