My grandmother was admitted to the hospital for end-of-life care. She was 101 years old and lived a blessed life. Crystal was her nurse, and my grandma just loved her. She was very compassionate to both my grandma and our family. She was right there beside us all through the entire process. She was right there with us as she took her last breath. She gave me a hug and even shed a tear. She told us we could stay with her for as long as needed and came back to check on us several times. We just love Crystal! She's outstanding.
