Crystal was nominated by the family of a patient who spent several weeks in inpatient rehab following a hip fracture, multiple dislocations, a night in ICU, and an urgent surgery. Throughout every challenge, Crystal’s compassion, communication, and clinical knowledge made a profound difference.
