Crystal was nominated by a mother. Crystal made the nominating mother feel as though they were Crystal’s only patient. The mother said that she understands how busy a day shift nurse can be, because she is one. She understood and respected the seemingly small things Crystal did to ensure her son had minimal discomfort. She feels blessed by Crystal’s care and compassion.
