Crystal is a rare kind of nurse who has truly changed this family's life. She works a very tough shift from 0200 to 1400, and her reliability is the only reason D's mother can work multiple jobs as a single parent. After D spent the first half of his life in the hospital, Crystal’s expert care has finally kept him home and safe. She is prompt, loving, and has earned a level of trust that is hard to find. Because of her, this family isn’t just getting by—they are finally thriving.

Beyond being a wonderful caregiver, she is an incredibly competent professional. We recently had a surprise JCAHO audit, and when I told her that myself, the JCAHO nurse, and the Director of Nursing were coming to the home to evaluate her environment, she didn't hesitate for a second. She told us she had no problem with it because she was 100% confident in the quality of her care. She handled the pressure of the accreditation standards perfectly and proved that she provides "DAISY-level" care every single day, even when no one is watching.
