The entire staff at Physicians Hospital was fantastic. Curtis was my nurse for both of my full knee replacements. Both times, he was responsive, informative, caring, and compassionate. When we left the hospital after the first knee replacement, both my wife and I commented on how wonderful Curtis was. He was easy to talk to and listened to our questions fully. He made us feel comfortable both with the surgery and what we would be facing at home.

When it came time to do my other knee, I was very glad to see Curtis was my nurse once again. He remembered me! Even though we had been through the complete knee replacement four months prior, he listened to our questions again and helped us to understand (once again) what to expect when we got home. He was very responsive when I expressed a concern I was having. Curtis is a true asset to Physicians Hospital. As I stated before, he is caring, responsive, and compassionate. When we left the hospital (both times), we felt confident. He even called the next day to make sure I was doing ok. I cannot express how grateful we were to Curtis (and the whole team) for the care I received.
