Cydney is truly deserving of this DAISY Award as she is an exceptional oncology nurse whose dedication and passion for her work shine brightly in everything she does. 

Cydney has worked in the Infusion Center for 3 years and is the Co-chair of the Unit-Based Team (UBT).  She is committed to staying current in her field; she is oncology certified.  She is always encouraging her peers to attend educational in-services and brings back new evidence-based practice guidelines from conferences she attends. Her knowledge and expertise are highly regarded among her colleagues and patients alike. 

Patients appreciate Cydney’s compassionate care and attention to detail, often receiving little tokens of appreciation and many kind words in the patient experience comments. Her exceptional qualities go beyond just her technical skills and knowledge.
