Cydney Kremer, RN

Cydney Kremer is an outstanding nurse who joined the West OR team immediately after graduating from nursing school. She has quickly become an integral part of the OR team. As a dedicated and versatile team member, she consistently demonstrates flexibility by her willingness to assist in any area where her skills are needed. She has outstanding communication skills in her charge role, where she is required to facilitate between the physicians and the OR team, as well as other units within the organization. Cydney is always a great patient advocate, even when it requires difficult conversations with providers.
One of Cydney’s most notable contributions has been her reliable performance during challenging night shifts. Working overnight presents unique difficulties. Cydney has risen to meet these demands with professionalism and competence. Her night shift responsibilities often involve high-pressure situations where she has repeatedly shown her ability to deliver prompt and comprehensive care to trauma patients arriving at the facility.
A recent highlight of Cydney’s performance occurred when she and her night shift colleagues received special recognition from one of the doctors. Their team was commended for delivering exceptionally efficient and high-quality care to a critically ill patient, showcasing their coordinated efforts and clinical expertise during a time-sensitive medical emergency. This acknowledgment reflects Cydney’s growing capabilities and the valuable role she plays in ensuring positive patient outcomes.
