We arrived at your facility on May 3. We were immediately greeted and the initial assessment was done by nurse Cydney, who goes by Lynn. I quickly realized how caring and supportive Lynn was of my urgent needs. It was quite obvious that I was being taken care of by a top notch senior professional. Her experience and expertise are above reproach, exceeded only by her nurturing personality. She is not only a valuable asset to your organization, she is a superb ambassador. On numerous occasions Lynn went above and beyond to ensure my recovery was on track. She not only monitored me closely, she made several life changing recommendations to my doctor. I am extremely grateful and impressed by all your staff but Lynn’s star shines the brightest. This nurse embodies the spirit of the Daisy Award with her unwavering compassion and dedication. She has such a kind spirit and her laugh is contagious. She has such a warm and loving demeanor. We are so thankful to Lynn for making our experience at Encompass a profound one. Thank you, Lynn.
