Cyndy McCombs, the ostomy nurse, was so positive and worked so hard with my husband so he could feel comfortable changing and helping me to take care of my ostomy bag and stoma. She put us both at ease with her positive attitude and genuine care for us not just as a patient and family member, but as individual people.
