Cindy has been so amazing during our daughter's stay in NICU. Obviously, this has been a very challenging time for our family. Cindy has been so caring and understanding. She has been so loving to L! It's very hard to leave not knowing that she has been with Cindy. To see how Cindy is with her has made it a little easier. She lovingly takes care of her. Cindy has taken time out of her very busy schedule to clearly explain things and answer all my crazy questions. I don't feel like I'm bothering her ever. She has been so very kind to us all and I deeply appreciate that during this difficult time.
