Cynthia Esparza, RN

Being in the ICU is very alarming. Cynthia proceeded to explain what every bag of fluids & meds was for. She also explained why he had more than one line in his arms/veins. She explained that some meds don’t react properly with others. She was really kind, patient, and extremely compassionate. She knew what to say and how to help alleviate my worrisome feelings.
