Cynthia is an incredible asset to 4West. She serves as a preceptor and charge nurse on the unit. Cynthia is a resource to all staff and is always there to lend a helping hand. Two patients recently sent letters to the administration regarding the compassionate care that they received from Cynthia during their hospitalization. Both patients stated that Cynthia went above and beyond while taking care of them and made them feel important. She made sure they understood their plan of care and helped calm their fears about their upcoming procedure. Cynthia's positive attitude, commitment to excellent care, and leadership skills all make her such an amazing nurse! We are so happy to have Cynthia on our team.
