December 2025 Honoree
Cynthia Jordan 2026, RN
Cynthia took it upon herself to help unclog my Foley. I found myself in the most excruciating pain of my life when my Foley was clogged with blood and was unable to be flushed. After the attending doctor gave up unclogging the Foley and started preparing for surgery, she got on her hands and knees to try and give me relief.
I could tell that she gave it all her strength and humility on her knees, trying to relieve someone. What a position of service! I truly believe she saved my bladder from rupturing, as I had just had bladder surgery three days prior and was found to have two liters of blood in my bladder, not to mention the trapped urine.
She was a saint, Cynthia, and I am forever in debt to her.

Thank you, Cynthia, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
