Cindy always goes above and beyond while she is at work. Recently, our floor had only two aides and we needed an additional five or six sitters. Cindy made numerous telephone calls to aides on other units and she was able to fulfill our needs at the same time she was sitting for patients, creating the staffing for the floor, handling a rapid response as well as addressing the needs of the patients, family and staff on the unit. Cindy even arranged for the floor staff on this night to have dinner brought up. I would like to appreciate her hard work and dedication to St. Mary's Hospital.
